The Memory Walk of Recognition is located at the AFA-Town of Babylon Respite Care Relief Park in Lindenhurst, NY, a first-in-the-nation, dementia-friendly place where caregivers can go to relax, enjoy the outdoors and feel comfortable bringing someone living with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia-related illness.
