Spring Bi-Annual Grant
Our bi-annual membership grants are designed to provide funding for programs and services that help further AFA’s mission of providing support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias nationwide. Each grant award is $5,000.
Applications for the spring cycle of the bi-annual grant must be received by Monday, February 17, 2020. Access the application here.
